Parents and guardians are invited to an S2 Options Information Evening in the school library on Tuesday 1 February at 6.30pm. You will be given information on the various subjects on offer for your child in S3, and you will be shown how to complete the options form. You will also hear about the support your child will receive from the school at this important time, and also the deadlines that we are working towards.

At the meeting, you will have the opportunity to meet Mrs Sheikhly (DHT S2), Mrs Anderson (DHT S3) and Mrs Campbell (PTPC S2). They will be happy to answer any questions about the options process.

Pupils really do need the support and interest of their parents or guardians at this time of transition, and we look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at the meeting.

If you are unable to attend, but would like to discuss any aspect of the options process, please contact any of the members of staff named above.

The Parents Evening will be held on Wednesday 9 February and your child's tutor will be in touch to arrange an appointment with you. You will receive a copy of your child's report, an options form, and an options booklet before this. If you do not receive a phone call or a letter from the tutor, please contact the school.

The school Careers Adviser will be at the Parents Evening on February 9, if you have any queries about college, university, or careers in general.
