S3 pupils support charity

Congratulations to all S3 pupils involved in the iLead course last term. As part of this course, the group decided to support a charity called The Jennifer Trust, which supports parents of babies born with a neuromuscular disease.

AssemblyEach pupil took part in a 24-hour sponsored fast, and managed to raise a very impressive £688. Andrew Melrose shared the group's experiences with the rest of his year group at assembly and, along with Katlyn Goodwin, presented a cheque to Mr Hamilton.

Springburn Academy's thanks go to Elysia Wilson from Urban Justice, who worked with the group for 10 weeks, as well as everyone who supported them.
